Assassin's Creed Valhalla has been a good game, but there is always that detatchment from its origins that creates a "clash of worlds". Ubisoft created an astonishing environment, but that it is hard to identify with the common (and sometimes wrong, I recognize that) depiction of vikings and IX century England. Every view feels always over the top, even if they are some of the best we have ever seen in a videogame.
The photo mode surely helps to capture this strange world, but with almost the same tools that we have seen (and learned to use) in Origins and Odyssey. Yet, as long as it allows me to take the pictures I want, there is nothing wrong with that.
